Company activities:
The main field of activity is the transfer of rights to use technical documentation, including:

• Documentation for the manufacture of components, parts and structures of dump trucks.
• Design and technological documentation.
• The rights to the models developed and agreed upon by us with the structures responsible for traffic safety.
• The rights to use patents.

Description of the business and the structure of the proposed transactions:
The company transfers the rights to use technical documentation for the production of dump truck metal structures to manufacturing plants that manufacture these components and parts, and then supply them to territorial partners with their own assembly sites. The assembly of finished wagons or their large elements takes place at these sites, and the finished products are sold.
Key projects and agreements:
The company has concluded a number of agreements for the transfer of rights to use technical documentation related to the production of cast parts for a three-axle bogies, as well as spare parts for dumpcars. Contracts have been signed with two companies in China. Also in 2024, the company signed a license agreement with a Kazakh company for the provision of design and technical documentation. Within the framework of this agreement, work is underway on the Dumpcar project.
The goal is to organize the production in Kazakhstan of six—axle dumpcars with a load capacity of 105 and 115 tons with a body volume of 50 and 55 cubic meters, from components and parts produced jointly with machine-building enterprises in China based on the documentation provided.
In the future, we will develop the production of dumpcars with increased payload capacity and improved performance, taking into account patented inventions.
Company assets:
There is documentation for a range of freight wagons with a load capacity of 128 tons and above, based on the results of pilot tests of cast parts of a three-axle bogie. The company has 17 patented inventions in the field of railway carriage engineering.
Achievements:
In May 2025, the Kazakhstani company successfully mastered the production and large-scale assembly of six-axle dump trucks of the 33-692 series.
The first prototype dump truck model 33-692-01 passed all factory tests successfully.
